In which month do you take your vacation, July or August?

This year I will be an aoûtienne, meaning that I will take my vacation in August.

Despite the dramatic fires going off all over Europe, I am much looking forward to some well-deserved R & R after a number of years without vacation, particularly during the COVID pandemic.

I will be in three different countries and will share my culinary experiences with you on my Instagram account, and most likely in a new series of my book, Vignes et Mets.

I hope you enjoy my menu for August, which starts with Guacamole and chips, followed by a luscious Mediterranean salad and my wonderfully spicy Linguine al Mare, all served with a rosé from the Domaine Tariquet…in a winebox !
