Every time I go to the seaside, I have to have Oysters.
When I was recently visiting my friends, Catherine and Stéphane, they invited some friends over for a pool party and a light dinner.
We started with Oysters and Prawns, followed by Magret de Canard and Cathy’s homemade salade de pommes de terre followed by fromage and ice cream .
What a delicious way to spend the evening with good friends, good wine and good food.
