visiting my dear Friends near Arcachon, Catherine et Stéphane, knowing my love for cheese, they took me to the local cheese shop, where I met Alex, and where I bought several cheeses.

Thank you, Alex, for taking the time to speak to me about your passion as a Fromager since 2008 and your work at the Maison Servat . The cheeses I tasted and bought with my good friend and host, Catherine, were the following :
