The story behind this brand started during the COVID pandemic. Like many people, Ellen decided to create a new concept and book around healthy eating : how to eat sustainably and in season .
Since 2022,, she has written eight books, with the latest book , Vignes et Mets Provence , coming out on May 23, 2025.
