About Me
With a long and rich career in France, which included being President and founder of a think tank, Director of Environment, I am currently the Founder of the Trocadéro Forum and producer of a podcast, Mediterranean Sustainability Partners. Welcome to this website, Vignes et Mets, which is the title of my most recent book. As a published author, this is not my first book, but this is my first book about French cuisine, that is sustainable and seasonal. Join me on this journey that has lasted more than three decades!
