With a long and rich career in France, which included being President and founder of a think tank, a Director of Environment, she is currently the Founder of the Trocadéro Forum Institute and producer of a podcast, Mediterranean Sustainability Partners.
What started out as a cuisine series, Vignes et Mets, will evolve into a lifestyle brand , which will , in 2025, not only be about cuisine, but also include a boutique of items for the home and a hotel, where all three elements will be reunited , for the ultimate sustainable experience .
