This book is dedicated to The Provence region of France and a few additional destinations down the coast, and will feature local Mets, Vins and Fromage, by season, followed by a selection of destinations, hotels and restaurants .
The last section is dedicated to the discovery of new dishes and colors , discovering new people and new places, and most of all discovering new cultures and stories .
Thank you to all the hotels, restaurants , airlines, trains, boutiques , and establishments which have received me !

Happy New Year 2026
First of all, I want to sincerely thank all of the hotels, restaurants , and trains that received me this year with welcoming warmth . Yes, I traveled over 7,700 km and in so doing, saved over 1,035 tons of CO2, according to my Retrainspective from the SNCF !
