Ellen Wasylina is pleased to announce that her first culinary book, entitled “Vignes et Mets” will be published soon.
She has structured this book around the four seasons and lays out her way of sustainable and seasonal cuisine based on her life in France, in which she shares her insights, expertise and experience in cooking and eating in France.
Her book is divided up into four parts : Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall.
Each section is divided up into Mets, Vins and Fromages, with several key recipes in each season, as well as personal anecdotes, reflections and memories of living and working in France.
Sustainability is not a passing fade, its a choice of lifestyle!
